**Return Policy**
Buyers have 30 days to return an item. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
**Items Eligible for Return:**
- If the shipping address on the order is incorrect.
- If there was an error by the manufacturer, such as an incorrect address or damage during transit, the item will be reshipped for free.
- If the customer accepts the reshipment, they must provide an updated address.
- If the customer does not accept the reshipment, they can request a refund.
- If the item is damaged, please provide pictures of the damage.
**Items Not Eligible for Return:**
- Items returned due to buyer's remorse (e.g., changing their mind, ordering the wrong size or color) will not be refunded.
- If the customer does not respond within 30 days of their request.
- Any orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will be donated to charity at your expense, with no refunds issued.
- Due to health regulations, we will not accept returns on sealed goods like face masks. Any returned face masks will be disposed of and not reshipped.
- Customers should contact us before returning any products. We do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse, except for customers in Brazil. Returns, including face masks and size exchanges, are at your expense and discretion. If you accept returns or exchanges, you must place a new order for the replacement item at your cost.
- Brazilian customers wishing to return an item must contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt and provide a photo of the item. A refund will not be issued if the product is found to be used or damaged.
